About Carla Simmelink

Carla Simmelink is an experienced and strategic attorney with over 21 years of expertise in family law, private international law, and inheritance law. She assists individuals, expatriates, and entrepreneurs with complex legal matters, often involving an international dimension.

Carla’s strength lies in her incisive analyses and solution-oriented approach. She looks beyond the legal aspect, assisting clients in gaining control over their situation while considering both the legal and personal impacts. Clients appreciate her clear communication, decisiveness, and the confidence she instills during challenging and emotionally charged situations. Her resilient approach not only provides legal support but also aids clients in regaining stability and perspective.

What sets her apart from many attorneys who focus solely on litigation is her ability to look beyond the legal dispute. She seeks not only a legally sound solution but also strategic opportunities that will benefit clients in the long term.
